Travel expenses to Hawaii’s outer islands

A special Moment is located on the island of Oahu, and we are in the process of opening a permanent location on the Big Island, offering photography & video from Kona to Hilo with no travel expenses. While we are putting our new Big Island location together, there is a good chance we might be on the Big Island on your Wedding date. If so, there will be no travel expenses. If not, there is a good chance we can greatly reduce those travel expenses depending on our schedule and needs. Call or email us at vidsolve@gmail.com to inquire.

Airfare to most outer-islands now is about $185. Car rental is $35 per day, but we have vehicles on Oahu and the Big Island, so both those islands do not require a car rental. On other islands, you can opt to pick us up at the airport to eliminate the car expense if you wish. Hotels are about $75 per night, and are necessary if we cannot make the last flight out on your Wedding day. That expense can be eliminated if you can put us up for the night at someone else’s place. This is only an option, and is not mandatory by any means.

Saturdays and Sundays are generally reserved for all-day pkgs. Sometimes we can offer smaller pkgs if we are finished covering your wedding by 12 noon. Call.

Full coverage of your day- 7 hrs max with 3 options. Our style can be described as candid/documentary, specializing in outdoor scenic shooting, with a slight fashion flair.

Basic edited on DVD- $795.
Deluxe edited on DVD- $950.
Hi-def option, deluxe edited $1250.
-OR- Carefully shot, not edited and presented on camera-original mini-DV tapes- $525.

Deluxe option Includes interviews with family and friends & Bride getting ready. Other Co's charge hundreds extra for this!

Music is either given to us 1.) on CD prior to your Wedding, or 2.) choose from our song list.

These pkgs work seamlessly with our unlimited photo pkgs. Each of our regular all-day pkgs has a 7 hour limit, but our unlimited pkgs have no limits on time or number of locations. We have you covered from getting ready to the "grand escape".
