Travel expenses to Hawaii’s outer islands

A special Moment is located on the island of Oahu, and we are considering the possibility of opening a permanent location on the Big Island. Considering this possiblility, there is a good chance we might be on the Big Island on your Wedding date. If so, there will be no travel expenses. If not, there is a possibility that we can reduce those travel expenses depending on our schedule and needs. Call or email us at vidsolve@gmail.com to inquire.

We have accomodations on Oahu and the Big Island, so that expense is handled. On other islands, you can opt to pick us up at the airport to eliminate the car expense if you wish. Hotels are about $75-$150 per night, and are necessary if we cannot make the last flight out on your Wedding day. That expense can be eliminated if you can put us up for the night at someone else’s place. This is only an option, and is not mandatory by any means.

We offer exciting location photography that is fun, romantic and spontaneous. Purchase ownership of your wedding images and receive a nice album and your choice of prints! Weekend afternoon rates within the months of Jan, Feb, May-Aug, & Nov are +7% with some exceptions.

Intimate Digital photo pkgs details

Photography at Ceremony site & immediate area for 1 hour- Unlimited images shot, includes ownership of every image, professionally adusted, one at a time, on CD’s. Also includes Balinese album and your choice of 20 prints. $325. You can add-on time to this pkg- call or email us. Custom albums and prints are also available.

2 1/2 hrs. max. time. Unlimited locations allowed. $595. Every image professionally adjusted, one at a time, on CD’s. Also includes a matted black album and your choice of 36 prints. You can add-on time to this pkg- call or email us.

Saturdays and Sundays are generally reserved for all-day pkgs, with some exceptions. Sometimes we can offer smaller pkgs on weekends if we are finished by 12 noon.
