Our rates for videotaping your
party are based on an hourly rate of $75. per hour for a one-camera
shoot, plus $10 per 60 minute digital camera tape. There is a
minimum of 3 hrs., and after the 3 hrs, addl. 1/2 hr is $37.50,
and addl. 1 hour is $75. Saturday night parties are minimum $400.
Editing options are listed below.
We do not back out of our agreements to videotape parties on
Saturday night, or any night, not even if someone offers us a
more lucrative job. You can count on us!
We provide professional lighting and
professional, shoulder mounted digital video camera, with an
experienced camera person. If you have a formal program planned,
and are speaking from a fixed podium, that everyone speaks from,
we will utilize a wireless mic for superior audio quality. Most
people prefer to move all over the place, and in those situations,
we will instead use a camera mounted "shotgun" mic.
We utilize a camera mounted light for roving around, shooting
groups at their tables, etc. Good lighting produces excellent
video quality.
Many of you like to have a short
photo slideshow at the very beginning of your video. We offer
that as a pkg., up to 20 photos, which we edit in our computer,
and place the edited results onto the very beginning of your
video. Next, we place the intro with song. You can select a different
song for those photos, or we can use the same song for the photos
and intro. Either way, this option makes for an exciting and
memorable video. The price for the photo service is an addl.
$65.
Addl. photos after the included 20 are $2.00/ea. Titling is
included in the price, and Long lists of family members &/or
sponsors is per hr.
Editing rates
2 VHS videotapes of UN-EDITED camera
footage: Max 2 hr. length $125.
Max 2 hr. 40 min. length $175. With
this option we edit in-camera by shooting very carefully. With
all options, you need to order extra VHS copies right away, or
purchase the original digital camera tapes.
Fully edited- Max total length
of 2 hrs- $275. Max total length of 2 hrs 40 min- $325.
