Terms and conditions When reserving a specific date and time, we are telling other paying customers that we cannot provide them with our services on that date and time. For this reason, there shall be no refunds on any retainer payments made to us. It may be possible to reschedule, but A Special Moment shall have the final say in those situations. We require a contract to be signed and returned to us. We can mail or email a contract to you, and you then mail 2 signed copies to us. We will return one of those contracts with our signature in ink, acknowledging your retainer payment, and keep the other copy. Client must also read and agree to our checklist that we mail or email to you. Your signature on contract acknowledges your agreement with that checklist. Retainer payments via personal check are fine if sent at least one month prior to Wedding date. We require 1/3 to hold the date, 1/3 to be paid by one month prior to Wedding date with your balance being paid before or on your Wedding day. If paying on Wedding day, it must be given to us by someone other than the Wedding Couple. We do not want the couple to even think about money or business on their Wedding day. Final payment shall be in travelers checks, cash or postal money orders only please. Mahalo and Aloha!
